Thank you so much for processing my order so quickly and sending it in an express post bag. It has just arrived here in Hobart – 36 hours after I placed the order Sunday night. I am so impressed by your service, which is not my usual experience with suppliers in Australia, I just had to write and say thank you.

I have to say a big thank you, I ordered over the phone on Tuesday 7th March & my order was delivered to me by Friday 10th. Your prompt service was fantastic & the service I received over the phone when we spoke, was also wonderful. For those reasons I will continue to deal with you in the future, so nice to be treated so well, a rarity in today’s retail market.

I received my package today, you guys have gone beyond expectations. I didn't expect to receive it until the end of the week. Sooooo HAPPY!!!
